The Biography

Born in Puerto Rico to a family of Lebanese descent, Bachour got into pastry at a very young age, thanks to his family’s business in the industry. After early work experience in local hotels, he moved to Miami Beach in 2001, where he honed his technique in top restaurants such as Talula, Devito South Beach and Scarpetta New York and Miami. In 2009 he joined the team at the W South Beach Hotel, then headed the pastry brigade at the 5-star The Trump Soho hotel in New York; in 2011 he was in France, at École Valrhona. In the same year he was honored among America’s Top 10 Pastry Chefs and reached the finals of the International Chef Congress Pastry Competition.

After five years at the luxurious St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort in Florida, he launched his bakeries and restaurants in Miami, to be followed by other openings in Mexico and South America. Meanwhile, he achieves excellence in the world of pastry making, earning prestigious titles and praise from the most renowned international guides. Antonio Bachour is Global Brand Ambassador Le Sinfonie.
