From October 13 to 18, 2025, the fourth Panettone World Championship, the only world championship dedicated to artisan sourdough panettone, will be held.
Organized by the Accademia dei Maestri del Lievito Madre e del Panettone Italiano, the event will bring together 12 international teams that will compete in the “live” preparation of artisan panettone, under the eyes of a panel of experts and live cameras 24 hours a day.

Teams from Spain, Japan, Peru, Germany, Australia, Taiwan, China, Brazil and Argentina will compete to become the new world champions!
