Type 0 soft wheat flour, malted soft wheat flour, dried soft wheat flour, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid; food enzymes (hemicellulase, amylase). May contain traces of soy, egg, milk, sesame seeds, lupin.
