Multi-grain mix with seeds, versatile, for golden, sweet or savory breads and baked goods.
Golden coloring, sweetly round taste, softness even in small sizes. Can be used on its own or blended with traditional flours to characterize breads and cakes, leavened and unleavened. Suitable for lamination mixed at 50%. Promotes the use of freezing in the production process and freezing by the end customer for preservation.
