Dark multigrain mix with seeds, versatile for bread and baked goods, sweet and savory.
Dark coloring, intense flavor, long softness even in small sizes. Can be used purely or blended with traditional flours to characterize breads and cakes, leavened and unsuitable for rolling mixed at 50 percent favors the use of freezing in the production process and freezing by the end customer for storage.

WHOLED TOMATO WHEAT flour, cereal blend 11.5% (wholegrainOAT flakes, corn flour, RYE flour, decorticatedbarley flake flour, rice flour, roasted blackbarley malt flour), seed blend 10% ( SESAME seeds, flax seeds, dehulled millet seeds), toasted dehulled SOYA semolina, soft wheat GLUTEN, dried soft wheat flour, skimmed MILK powder, dried sourdough starter of RUM, sugar, dextrose, food enzymes (hemicellulase, amylase), flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid. May contain traces of cereals containing gluten(FARRO), eggs, lupins.
