Thin crust bread, light and fluffy crumb. Long maintenance of the cooked product. It promotes the use of freezing in the production process and ensures that the consumer keeps the cooked product in the freezer.
Chemical/physical specifications
Soft wheat flour type 00, refined coconut oil powder (refined coconut oil, glucose syrup, sodium caseinate-MILK ), sugar, skimmed MILK powder 2%, malted soft wheat flour, dried soft wheat flour, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid; food enzymes (hemicellulase, amylase). May contain traces of soy, egg, sesame seed, lupine.
