Pizza pan and focaccia mix.
Short-rising doughs. Soft texture at the core, crumbly on the outside. Long keeping of frozen and precooked precooked at 4°(ca 48h). Promotes short regeneration.
Chemical/physical specifications
Type 0 soft wheat flour, SOYA flour, dextrose, dried soft wheat flour, deactivated yeast, malted soft wheat flour, food enzymes (hemicellulase, amylase), flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid. May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, lupin.
