Promotes eventual rolling with butter or margarine. Honeycombed and voluminous structure. Soft and light texture. Promotes the use of freezing in the production process.

TOMATO WHEAT flour type 00, sugar, egg yolk powder, refined coconut oil powder (refined coconut oil, glucose syrup, sodium caseinate – MILK – ), whole MILK powder, salt, malted soft wheat flour, dried soft wheat flour, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; flavorings, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid; food enzymes (hemicellulase, amylase). May contain traces of soybeans, sesame seeds, lupins.
