Optimizes the tightness of the crust. Promotes the resumption of leavening interrupted as temperatures drop. It improves and prolongs the optimal storage of frozen products.
Chemical/physical specifications
Malted soft wheat flour, dried soft wheat flour, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; flour treatment agents: ascorbic acid; food enzymes (hemicellulase, amylase). May contain traces of soy, egg, milk, sesame seeds, lupin.
