It keeps the finished product moist, soft and fragrant over 60 days without emulsifiers. High stability: maintains the structure even in cases of overworking. Promotes flamed structure.
Chemical/physical specifications
Soft wheat flour type 00, citrus fiber (dried orange pulp), food enzymes (amylase), acerola juice powder (acerola, maltodextrin). May contain traces of soy, egg, milk, sesame seeds. The product contains no ingredients of animal origin.
