Allows desserts to be frozen before and/or after baking. Quality consistency, simple workmanship, safe yield. Soft, fine, homogeneous, melting texture. Declinable to taste with cocoa, dried fruit pastes, chocolate chips, candied fruit.
Chemical/physical specifications
Sugar, type 0 common wheat flour, raising agents: sodium pyrophosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; natural flavor, stabilizer: guar gum; salt. May contain traces of soy, egg, milk, sesame seeds.
